My process is simple…
We want to feel loved, cherished, adored, seen and known for exactly who we are.
And as much as we crave and desire that with all of our being there’s a part of us that’s terrified of it.
Really!
Scared of the raw vulnerability of it all.
My internal, almost imperceptible mantra running me was.. “What if he gets too close and he really sees me, sees that I’m not worth bothering with after all.”
Your internal mantra will undoubtedly be different to mine, but if you’re here reading this then there’s a belief about love that’s running you and blocking the love you want.
It’s the fear of the pain of that possibility (that we’re unlovable) that we run from, we build up armour to defend against.
My process is to take off that armour, we don’t have to be so strong on the outside.
We turn our vulnerability, fear, rawness and realness into our inner strength and our magnetic quality…. the quality that magnetises the partner and the depth of love and connection we desire.
We learn how to stop the strive, the fight and the control.

OPTION 2:
1 Months 1:1 coaching including x3 one hour coaching sessions and personal support on whatsapp for the whole month, as well as access to my client vault of online courses and masterclasses. £1000 per month.
This is suitable to help you move through a breakup or as a refresher if you’ve worked with me before. Or if you want targeted help to get you unstuck.
OPTION 3:
3 Months 1:1 coaching including x10 one hour coaching sessions and personal support on whatsapp for 3 months, as well as access to my client vault of online courses and masterclasses. £3000
This package is perfect if you want to deep dive and break old relationship patterns and habits for good and have me by your side through the dating process or turning around your existing relationship.
